Road Rager Shot in the Head After He Attacked Victim with Club

A road rager (in dark t-shirt, dark car) pulls a club out of his trunk and starts smashing another guy's car (white car, parked) and tries to hit the victim with the club. But the victim pulled a gun out of his car's glove compartment and shoots the road rager dead in the head with three shots.

Instead of carrying a gun around, the victim could have pepper-sprayed the road rager instead, disabling him without resorting to killing him, while awaiting the cops' arrival. But some people say the shooting was justified.  What do you think?  Eh, mate?
