We here in the High Sierra have had avalanches, trees falling from heavy snow on their banches, floods, and extreme snow accumulation this winter. Here is fascinating drone video by YouTuber Steve Tietze showing the extent of the massive amount of snow on Lake Tahoe.

Way above average snow totals so far this year here in Reno, Nevada. The operative "so far" as there's even more rain and snow yet to come. We damn near had a flood downtown 2 weeks ago with the Truckee River cresting at some 12 feet from torrential rain.
